How we  handle stress affects our emotional and physical health, and can also carry over to our relationships with others. RELAX: Alternatives to Anger helps people understand and manage anger and stress, and develop communication skills needed for healthy relationships. 

Participants will learn:

  • Calming down and de-stressing methods
  • Problem Solving
  • Effective communication skills
  • Forgiving and letting go of the past
